Title: Creative Strategy Lead
Reports to: Founder
Manages: Creative Strategy Team
This is a leadership role.
You'll own the Creative Strategy function at Porcellia—leading strategy across multiple brands while building the frameworks, systems, and people that make great creative thinking repeatable.
You're not just responsible for creating winning strategies. You're responsible for raising the standard of strategic thinking across the company.

What You'll Do
Lead creative strategy across multiple D2C brands, ensuring every campaign is rooted in consumer psychology and business objectives.
Translate research, customer insights, market trends, and data into actionable creative directions.
Partner closely with founders, growth marketers, designers, editors, copywriters, and account teams to solve business problems through creative strategy.
