Role OverviewAs an Assistant Vice President (AVP) in the Enterprise AI unit, you will be responsible for leading solution design, evangelization, and execution of AI-driven initiatives. This role demands a blend of strategic vision, stakeholder management, and technical leadership to accelerate adoption of enterprise-grade AI solutions across global clients.Key ResponsibilitiesAI Solution Orchestration: Lead the design and orchestration of end-to-end AI solutions using Agentic AI frameworks, LLMs, and AI avatars integrated into enterprise workflows.Solution Evangelization: Champion EXL’s Enterprise AI capabilities internally and externally through thought leadership, solution showcases, client workshops, and industry forums.Stakeholder Management: Partner with CxOs, business leaders, and technology teams to align AI strategy with business outcomes and ensure smooth adoption.Solution Design & Architecture: Architect scalable AI solutions leveraging cloud-native frameworks (AWS, Azure, GCP), ensuring compliance, security, and performance standards.Business Case Development:
