Job Summary

As a HRIS Business Analyst in the IT-IS Strategy and Planning team,



you will drive business analysis and solution delivery activities across HR technology and related digital initiatives. Working closely with HR, IT, and external partners, you will translate business needs into explicit requirements, improve end-to-end processes, and support the implementation of scalable solutions, particularly in areas such as Workday, Time & Absence Management, and learning management.

Your Responsibilities

Requirements & Solution Design

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across HR, IT, and other business functions.
Translate requirements into user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and solution recommendations.
Analyze HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, time & absence, and learning management to identify improvement opportunities.
Conduct gap and impact analyses and support solution design for enhancements in Workday and related systems.
