In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
* * Lead the operational lifecycle of centrally hosted security tools,
including evaluation, onboarding, deployment, sustainment, upgrades,
integrations, and retirement.
* Serve as the business owner for enterprise-delivered security platforms,
establishing service expectations, support models, operating procedures,
and performance metrics.
* Manage vendor relationships, licensing agreements, renewals, escalations,
and roadmap reviews to maximize value and service reliability
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to tool operations, user
adoption, data quality, and process effectiveness.
* Collaborate with product security, engineering, infrastructure, supply
chain, and business teams to establish scalable workflows and user
enablement programs.
* Develop and maintain dashboards, metrics, and reporting that provide
insight into service performance, platform health, vulnerability
operations, and software supply chain visibility.
* Ensure operational procedures, governance documentation, and audit-ready
evidence are maintained to support compliance and secure development
practices.
* Translate operational findings and emerging risks into actionable
recommendations and improvement plans for stakeholders.
