Experience : 16+yrs
Strong experience in IT delivery, program management, or account management, with a strong track record of leading enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-stream digital transformation programs in global delivery environments.
Strong people leadership experience with the ability to build, mentor, and lead high-performing cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated expertise in executive stakeholder management and client relationship management.
Strong client-facing experience with the ability to engage CIOs, business executives,



and senior leadership teams.
Extensive experience in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and traditional program delivery methodologies.
Solid understanding of SDLC, DevOps, governance frameworks, security, and compliance practices.
Experience managing multi-vendor engagements, distributed delivery teams, and complex program dependencies.
Strong commercial acumen with experience managing account P&L;, revenue forecasting, margins, utilization, and financial governance.
Experience supporting contract negotiations, Statement of Work (SOW) creation, renewals, change requests, and commercial governance.
Exposure to one or more technology domains including Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), Data Engineering & Analytics, AI/Generative AI, Enterprise Applications (SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft, ServiceNow), or Modern Application Development.
