The Role





This role takes ownership of the Platform Integrations team, merging the SAP Integration and Maximo Enablement teams into one scrum team. This person is also going to take care of our OT integration layer.

What You Own
Integration patterns: bi-directional sync, Open API/Webhooks, 3rd-party MDM, Maximo/SAP connectors, OT Integrations with platforms like Seeq, Augury, Applied Computing etc.
Sync pipeline reliability: dependency ordering, retry mechanisms, dead letter handling. Zero silent data loss.
Sprint delivery, code quality, regression rate. Weekly quality scorecard.
People: hiring, performance classification, coaching.

You Must Have
7+ years managing engineering teams with platform integration experience (S/4HANA / BTP/ IDocs/ BAPIs/ OData/ERP’s).
Experience with message queue architectures (RabbitMQ, Kafka) and sync pipeline patterns.
Track record shipping enterprise SaaS integrations on schedu
