Job Description
REQUIREMENTS:
Total experience: 11+ years.
Robust hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Marketing Cloud Engagement, Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, Contact Builder, Data Extensions, Personalization, and Intelligence (Datorama).
Must-have expertise in leading and scaling Salesforce Marketing Cloud practices, including practice strategy, business development, service offerings, and delivery governance.
Strong experience with Marketing Cloud Connect, Salesforce CRM integration, REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, AMPscript, SSJS, and API integrations.




Hands-on experience in designing and delivering customer engagement, marketing automation, personalization, and omnichannel marketing solutions.
Experience with Data Cloud integration, Customer Data Platform (CDP) concepts, audience segmentation, and data modeling.
Strong experience supporting pre-sales, solution architecture, discovery workshops, proposal development, SOW creation, estimations, and RFP/RFI responses.
Experience leading large-scale Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations and digital marketing transformation programs.
Strong experience in defining practice standards, reusable assets, governance frameworks, and delivery best practices.
Experience building, mentoring, and leading high-performing global consulting teams, including hiring, onboarding, certification, and capability development.
Strong expertise in executive stakeholder management, strategic consulting, customer advisory, and account growth.
