The Opportunity

UST is seeking an experienced Workday HR Technology Consultant to support, enhance, and optimize Workday solutions for a global organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Workday HCM, with Recruiting as the primary functional area, along with hands-on experience in Workday Case Management. Experience across Absence, Time Tracking, Talent & Performance, and Benefits modules is highly preferred.

In this role, you will partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver productive Workday solutions, provide production support, drive system enhancements, and ensure an exceptional user experience across the Workday ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Provide functional support, configuration, and maintenance for Workday HCM,



with primary ownership of Workday Recruiting.
Configure and support Workday Business Processes, security framework, and tenant setup across HCM modules.
Manage and resolve production support issues through Workday Case Management, ensuring timely resolution and user satisfaction.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday functional solutions.
Configure, maintain, and optimize Recruiting processes including:
Job Requisitions
Candidate Management
Offer Management
Hiring Processes
Support Workday Absence and Time Tracking configurations, validations, and troubleshooting activities.
Assist with Benefits configuration, testing, and production support activities.
Support Talent & Performance processes, including performance review cycles and configuration updates.
Coordinate with Workday Support and the Workday Community to resolve product-related issues and system def
