The Mission: What You'll Be Building
You will be a core contributor in the design, development, and implementation of current models and procedures. You will provide technical guidance, mentor junior team members, and leverage in-depth professional knowledge to develop solutions in cloud-native architectures, microservices, and Agile product development. You will be instrumental in building the next generation of our platform, which features core pillars like:
Adaptive Applications: The intelligent backbone powering the manufacturing enterprise.
Champion AI: Agentic AI for manufacturing that drives measurable productivity and growth.
Your Impact/ What you will be doing:
Independent Design & Implementation:



Independently design, implement, and lead the development and testing of scalable web application features. Take end-to-end ownership of critical components across modern frontend frameworks and robust backend services.
Complex Problem Resolution: Provide solutions to complex issues in creative and effective ways. Proactively debug, diagnose, and resolve a wide range of complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks across the stack with limited guidance. Understand the interrelationships of different disciplines and apply this knowledge to system design.
Technical Guidance & Mentorship: Serve as a subject matter expert to mentor junior engineers, lead complex cross-team code reviews, and help set quality and performance standards. Adapt style to differing audiences and often advise others on difficult matters.
