About The Role

We are looking for an experienced and mission-driven General Manager - Operations to lead the strategic planning, operational excellence, and governance of social development initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in NGO/Foundation operations, financial planning, legal compliance, stakeholder management, and impact measurement frameworks such as SROI, ESG, and SDGs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of social development programs aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Drive budgeting, financial planning,



resource allocation, and ensure financial accountability across programs.
Oversee MIS reporting, dashboards, and presentations for internal leadership, donors, and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with all legal, statutory, audit, social, and financial regulations.
Build and maintain solid relationships with government authorities, NGOs, Trusts, Foundations, CSR partners, and community stakeholders.
Establish and monitor impact measurement frameworks using SROI (Social Return on Investment), ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance), and SDGs.
Leverage technology and digital tools to improve operational efficiency and program effectiveness.
Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams while fostering a high-performance, mission-driven culture.
Drive process improvements and ensure smooth day-to-day operational management.
