What will you do?
Oversee manufacturing operations and ensure consistent execution of standards across all shifts
Coordinate production planning, set priorities, and allocate resources to meet throughput and quality goals
Monitor KPIs, address deviations in safety and quality, and escalate blockers to keep operations on track
Collaborate with maintenance, supply chain, and quality teams to stabilize performance and implement improvements
