About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive the growth of our Branded Hospitality business across the Mumbai region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic relationships with hotel chains, expanding the distributor network, driving project sales, and managing key accounts to achieve sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Drive primary and secondary sales to achieve assigned revenue targets.
Develop and strengthen the distributor and dealer network to improve market penetration.
Identify and acquire recent business opportunities within the hospitality sector.
Manage relationships with branded hotel chains, hotel owners, procurement teams, purchase managers, consultants, architects, interior designers, PMCs, contractors, and key channel partners.
Build and manage a robust hospitality project pipeline from specification through order conversion.




Collaborate with distributors to ensure successful project closures and timely execution.
Support Key Account Management (KAM) initiatives in coordination with the National KAM team.
Ensure effective implementation of channel policies, distributor agreements, commercial governance, and incentive programs.
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, project pipeline updates, and market intelligence reports.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments while recommending business growth strategies.
Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance, and Commercial Excellence teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
Desired Candidate Profile
5–10 years of experience in B2B Sales, Hospitality Sales, HoReCa Sales, Institutional Sales, or Project Sales.
Strong experience in Distributor Management, Channel Sales, and Key Account Management.
