About the Role
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Now Assist Engineer – Architect II to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of AI-powered experiences across the ServiceNow platform. This role focuses on Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Business Continuity Management (BCM), Privacy, Enterprise Risk, and Security Operations.
The ideal candidate will combine expertise in ServiceNow platform engineering, Generative AI, Now Assist, AI Agents, Agentic Workflows, workflow automation, and enterprise governance to deliver intelligent, secure, and compliant business solutions. You will collaborate with business, security, compliance, and IT stakeholders to drive AI-enabled automation while ensuring governance, explainability, and regulatory compliance.

Design, develop,



and implement ServiceNow Now Assist capabilities across enterprise risk and compliance modules.
Configure and optimize AI Agents and Agentic Workflows to automate governance, compliance, and operational processes.
Build intelligent conversational experiences using Now Assist Panel, Virtual Agent, and Generative AI capabilities.
Design AI-powered knowledge assistance, summarization, recommendation engines, and workflow automation.
Implement AI guardrails and governance policies to ensure responsible and compliant AI adoption.
Continuously evaluate emerging AI capabilities within the ServiceNow ecosystem and recommend innovative solutions.
