We are seeking an experienced Prospect Assessment Specialist to lead business development and automation initiatives across VOIS Corporate Functions, including Finance, Supply Chain Management, HR Operations, and Security. This role is pivotal in aligning automation roadmaps with annual efficiency targets, identifying digitalisation opportunities, and implementing scalable technology solutions. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess, design, and deliver impactful transformation programmes using modern technologies.What you’ll do
Drive technology assessment initiatives in collaboration with ITBP, service lines, and transformation teams.
Identify automation opportunities across front office, back office, and customer journeys using tools like RPA, iOCR, GenAI, and Power Platform.
Document detailed solution designs and process flows, ensuring alignment with business need
