What does the role entail?

One of our key priorities is to scale performance marketing and significantly increase
high-quality lead generation and revenue. To achieve this, we're looking for a sharp, creative,
and highly analytical performance marketer with deep expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook &
Instagram). The ideal candidate has a proven track record of scaling campaigns through
creative testing, audience strategy, and performance optimization, while bringing working
knowledge of other paid acquisition channels

Responsibilities

● Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of Meta Ads campaigns across the entire funnel.
● Develop and execute a creative testing roadmap, partnering closely with designers and content teams to continuously improve campaign performance.
● Identify trends and insights to optimize campaign performance, budgets, and audience strategies.
● Run structured experiments across creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, placements, and landing pages to unlock growth opportunities.
● Analyze campaign and funnel performance to improve KPIs such as CPL, CPA, ROAS,



conversion rates, and revenue.
● Demonstrate the ability to think strategically while also executing campaigns hands-on.
● Build performance dashboards and communicate actionable insights—not just reporting metrics.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, and Creative to improve acquisition efficiency.
● Contribute to expansion across other paid channels (Google, LinkedIn, Reddit, TikTok, etc.) where applicable.
