Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using PHP (Laravel/CodeIgniter).
Build, test, and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
Design productive database schemas and optimize SQL queries for performance and scalability.
Collaborate closely with Product, UI/UX, QA, DevOps, Data Science, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical design and technology decisions.
Review code, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers through code reviews and technical guidance.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application, database, and performance-related issues.
Implement caching solutions using Redis and optimize application performance and scalability.
Develop clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
Work with Git-based version control systems and CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment.
Ensure application security by implementing authentication,



authorization, and secure coding practices.
Contribute to cloud deployments and infrastructure management across AWS and Azure environments.
Integrate AI/LLM services such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Azure OpenAI into enterprise applications.
Design and develop scalable applications using microservices architecture where applicable.
Build and maintain real-time application features using WebSockets and related technologies.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to engineering practices.

Required Skills & Experience
Strong proficiency in PHP (7.x/8.x) with hands-on experience in Laravel and/or CodeIgniter.
Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
Strong knowledge of MySQL/MariaDB, database design, query optimization, indexing, and performance tuning.
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, and JSON.
