About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our software products. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of software testing methodologies, defect tracking, and quality assurance processes. Freshers with relevant skills and a passion for testing are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases.
Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand requirements.
Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and smoke testing.
Validate software releases and ensure quality standards are met.
Develop test plans, test scenarios, and test reports.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint activities.
Ensure software meets business and customer expectations.
Continuously improve testing processes and quality practices.
