Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an ITI-certified VMC Operator based in Khandala.



The VMC Operator will set up and operate vertical machining centers, interpret engineering drawings, and prepare CNC programs or input machining parameters as per job requirements. Responsibilities include selecting and setting tools, loading workpieces, monitoring machining operations, and performing in-process inspection to maintain dimensional accuracy and surface finish. The role involves routine machine maintenance, documentation of production and quality checks, and coordination with the engineering and quality teams to resolve machining issues. The VMC Operator is expected to follow safety protocols, maintain a clean work area, and support continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor.
Qualifications

ITI certification in Fitter, Machinist, Turner, or related mechanical trade, with 2–4 years of hands-on experience operating VMC machines in a manufacturing environment.
Strong ability to read and interpret engineering
