About the Role




We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Retail Expansion Intern to support Palmonas' rapid offline growth. This role offers hands-on exposure to retail business development, commercial real estate, mall leasing, high-street expansion, and store launch execution. You will work closely with the Retail Expansion team on identifying new store opportunities and driving expansion projects from planning to execution.

Key Responsibilities
Research and identify high-potential malls, high streets, airports, and retail destinations across India.
Build and maintain a database of developers, landlords, mall management teams, and channel partners.
Assist in evaluating store locations based on demographics, catchment, competition, rentals, and commercial viability.
Coordinate with mall developers, leasing teams, brokers, and landlords for site visits and documentation.
