Responsibilities
• Define the biotechnology roadmap and product pipeline.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and licensing opportunities.
• Lead research, scale-up, and commercialization programs.
• Build partnerships with universities, CROs, CDMOs, and technology providers.
• Guide cross-functional teams across R&D;, regulatory, manufacturing, sourcing, and business
development.




• Drive intellectual property generation and global product launches.

Qualifications
• Minimum 10 years of industry experience in biotechnology, biologics, cosmetic ingredients, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences.
• Demonstrated expertise in one or more of the listed technology platforms.
• Ph.D., M.Tech., or M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or a
related field.
• Proven leadership in bringing science-led products from concept to market.
