Job Overview
We are seeking experienced and passionate Architects with a strong background in commercial and mixed-use developments. This prospect is ideal for professionals who can lead architectural projects from concept to completion while ensuring high-quality design, technical excellence, and seamless coordination with clients, consultants, vendors, and project teams.
The Senior Architect will be responsible for design development, construction documentation, project coordination, and mentoring junior team members.
The Design Manager will lead multiple projects and multidisciplinary teams, oversee project delivery, drive client relationships, contribute to business development,



and ensure successful execution of large-scale commercial and mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities1. Design Development & Management
Understand client requirements and prepare feasibility studies, concept designs, and design proposals.
Develop creative, functional, and sustainable architectural solutions.
Lead projects from concept design through construction documentation and execution.
Select materials and prepare presentation boards aligned with project requirements.
Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, standards, and regulations.
2. Drawing Development & Management
Prepare, review, and manage schematic, detailed working, and GFC drawings.
Ensure all drawings comply with company drafting standards and project requirements.
Maintain high-quality detailing throughout all stages of project documentation.
Monitor drawing deliverables and ensure timely completion.
