Job Title: Business Strategy

Job Summary: The Project Manager provides high-level support to the executive ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the office. This role requires a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.

What You'll be Responsible for?
Project Management:
Collaborate with Management and the Business Strategy team to model, analyse, and synthesize data related to Sales, Products, Current Initiatives, and Growth Strategies (both organic and inorganic).
Responsible for creating business presentations and reports to support board and management presentations.
Provide analytical inputs, market intelligence, and data support to management & sales leads for key strategic and operational decisions.
Track review and update on multiple projects running in parallel.
Should be well versed with ARO concept (Accountability, Responsibility & Ownership).




Work on Market Research on their own or can collaborate with Internal stakeholders or External consultants as required to organize the required report / data
Assist with special projects and initiatives as required by the executive.
Track project progress and deadlines, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Work with Team members to complete cross functional tasks

Client and Stakeholder Relations:
Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
Foster positive relationships and communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members

Administrative Support:
Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel coordination.
Act as an executive’s point of contact for Internal Team Members, clients, and all external parties as required.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics and materials preparation.
