We are looking for a Software Engineer 2, Salesforce to join our growing technology team. In this role, you will help design, build, and optimize scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Apex development, workflow automation, integrations, Omni-Channel routing, CTI systems, and Salesforce platform best practices. You should be comfortable operating in a quick-paced, high-ownership environment.

What Will You Be Doing :

● Design and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, Queueables, and asynchronous processes while adhering to governor limits
● Build scalable automations using Flow Builder, validation rules, approval processes, and custom business logic
● Work extensively across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud implementations and enhancements
● Implement Omni-Channel routing, queues
