We do this through a range of programs — Pickleball coaching, strength training sessions, fall-risk-reduction classes, and more. We combine functional movement with cognitive training (Dual-Tasking), because we're not just building stronger bodies — we're building sharper minds too.

Here's the thing: our clients don't show up because a doctor told them to. They show up because they want to live their best life in their 60s, 70s, and beyond. We believe in delight, not just discipline — and that changes everything about how we coach.

We're in the business of helping seniors thrive — and you'll be on the ground floor of building that experience from scratch.

⭐ ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll lead our group "Mind & Body" sessions — guiding 6 to 12 seniors through functional movements, monitoring safety, modifying for individual injuries, and (most importantly) bringing the energy that makes people want to come back tomorrow.

You have real Clinical Empathy. You understand the fear of falling and the frustration of a stiff knee — and you know how to coach someone through it safely, without babying them.
You believe in "Pre-hab." You'd rather build the strength and balance that prevents a hip fracture than treat one after the fact.
You can hold a room. Leading a group of 8 energized 60-somethings through a workout is a different skill than a 1-on-1 session — and you're excited to
