About the Role
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) & Time Tracking Lead Consultant to lead enterprise payroll and time management implementations, rollouts, support engagements, and transformation programs.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP ECP,



SuccessFactors Time Tracking, S/4HANA Payroll, EC-to-ECP integration, payroll operations, and global payroll environments, with exposure to Middle East and India payroll.
Key Responsibilities

ECP & Time Tracking
Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors ECP and Time Tracking implementations, rollouts, and support.
Design payroll and time management solutions based on business requirements.
Configure and support Time Tracking, Timesheets, Time Valuation, Time Recording Profiles, Absence Management, Overtime Processing, and Time Collectors.
Support SAP S/4HANA Payroll implementations and payroll transformation programs.
Work with SuccessFactors Employee Central and downstream payroll processes.

Payroll Implementation & Operations
Lead requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
Support payroll processing, off-cycle payroll, retroactive accounting, and pay
