Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and respond to customer queries across Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms.

* Handle day-to-day social media account management and engagement.

* Create social media posts, posters, flyers, reels, and promotional creatives using Canva.

* Schedule and publish content across social media channels.

* Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and promotional activities.

* Monitor comments, messages, reviews, and ensure timely responses.

* Maintain content calendars and support basic social media planning.

* Track engagement and prepare basic social media performance reports.

Required Skills:

* Basic knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.

* Proficiency in Canva for designing creatives.

* Positive written communication skills in English.

* Creative mindset with basic design and content creation skills.

* Familiarity with Meta Business Suite is an added advantage.

* Freshers and entry-level candidates with internship/project experience are welcome.
