Role Overview
As a Yardi Investment Management Consultant, you will work closely with global clients to support, optimize, and enhance their Yardi Investment Management platform. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients manage investment structures, investor reporting, fund accounting processes, capital events, and operational workflows while ensuring maximum value from their Yardi ecosystem. This role requires a strong blend of functional consulting, client engagement,



business process analysis, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

Client Advisory & Consulting
Serve as a functional consultant and trusted advisor for Yardi Investment Management clients.
Understand client business processes, investment structures, and operational requirements.
Recommend best practices and optimized solutions using Yardi Investment Management.
Conduct discovery sessions, requirement gathering, and solution workshops.

Application Support & Helpdesk
Provide functional support for Yardi Investment Management modules.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve client issues within agreed SLAs.
Manage support tickets, incidents, service requests, and enhancement requests.
Perform root cause analysis and document resolutions.

Investment & Fund Operations Support
Support investment lifecycle processes including:
Investor onboarding
Roll ups / Consolidations
Capital ca
