KALS Group of Companies is looking for a highly creative, strategic, and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead the digital marketing function across our portfolio of alcoholic beverage brands. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building brand equity, driving measurable digital growth, and executing innovative marketing strategies that enhance consumer engagement and business performance.

This role requires a balance of creativity, analytical thinking, leadership, and execution. The Digital Marketing Manager will own the overall digital presence of the company’s brands, manage internal creative resources and external agencies, identify emerging trends, and ensure every digital initiative contributes to measurable business and brand growth.

The successful candidate should have a proven ability to grow digital communities, increase brand visibility, and deliver visible improvements in engagement, reach, and audience growth within defined timelines.

About the Role





The Digital Marketing Manager will look after the digital presence of KALS brands, focusing on brining in ideas and adapt to changing workplace and executing integrated digital marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and engagement.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly digital marketing strategies for all KALS brands.
Develop strategies to achieve visible and measurable page growth within agreed timelines through both organic and paid initiatives.
Plan, manage, and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google, LinkedIn, and emerging digital platforms.
Create and maintain a structured content calendar aligned with brand objectives, seasonal campaigns, product launches, and market trends.
Coordinate with photographers, videographers, graphic designers, copywriters, influencers, and creative agencies to produce high-quality content.
