As our community continues to grow, we're looking for a confident, energetic, and people-focused Telecaller / Academic Counselor who enjoys talking to parents, building trust, and helping families make informed decisions about their child's future.

What You'll Do
Connect with parents and prospective students through outbound and inbound calls.




Explain our programs with confidence, clarity, and enthusiasm.
Understand each family's learning goals and recommend the most suitable program.
Schedule demo classes, counseling sessions, and follow-up discussions.
Build lasting relationships through timely follow-ups and excellent communication.
Maintain accurate records using CRM and internal systems.
Collaborate with the admissions and academic teams to ensure a smooth enrollment experience.
Deliver a premium experience that reflects the values of AI Decoder Academy.
Who We're Looking For
✔ Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi, Kannada, or other regional languages are an added advantage).
✔ 6 months to 3 years of experience in Telecalling, Admissions, Academic Counseling, Customer Service, Inside Sales, or Education Consulting is preferred.
✔ Solid persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
