? Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Strategy & Finance Associate to support EMO Energy's strategic growth initiatives by working on fundraising, venture debt, investor relations, strategic partnerships, and financial analysis. The role offers an prospect to work closely with senior leadership on high-impact projects, helping drive capital raising activities, business expansion, and corporate strategy in a fast-growing deep-tech startup.

? What You Will Do

Support equity fundraising, venture debt, structured finance, and other capital-raising initiatives.




Prepare investor presentations, financial models, pitch decks, information memorandums, and due diligence documentation.
Coordinate with Venture Capital firms, Family Offices, Banks, NBFCs, Financial Institutions, and investors.
Track fundraising pipelines, investor interactions, and financing opportunities.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking to support strategic business decisions.
Evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion initiatives.
Build financial models, business forecasts, valuation models, and management reports.
Prepare executive presentations, board materials, and strategic business reports.
Work cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Operations, Product, and Leadership teams to drive strategic initiatives.
Support investor relations activities, including investor updates, reporting, and due diligence coordination.
