About The Role

As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the delivery of high-quality, robust, and scalable web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive quality across the SDLC, and help prevent defects with early detection strategies.



Your role is critical in shaping a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

Experience

5–7 years of experience in Software Quality Engineering, including solid automation expertise.

What you will be doing

Lead quality strategy across all stages of the SDLC — from requirement analysis to production release and post-release validation.
Design scalable, maintainable, and risk-based test strategies aligned with business and product goals.
Develop and maintain robust automated test frameworks for Web and API applications using Playwright and Karate.
Own end-to-end quality for features, including functional, integration, regression, performance, and security validation.
Define and implement CI/CD quality gates and integrate automated suites into pipelines.
Mentor junior QEs and drive best practices in test design, automation, and defect management.
