Experience: 2 to 4 yrs

Your responsibilities will include:
Independently managing large projects and programs, organization design, operational excellence and transformation projects in areas such as: performance improvement, cost-optimization, cultural changes, business transformations
Collaborate on the design, development, maintenance, and delivery/presentation of forecasting models, metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to drive key business decisions
Help drive the central annual planning process which includes distribution of goals and KPIs, budgeting and ongoing forecasting processes
Contribute to business insight and decision-making and strategic planning, translation of the strategic plan into the annual plan and hands-on execution of specific projects




Help scale services and tools – design processes and procedures that scale with the business’ growth in volume, complexity, and global geographic dispersion.
Managing stakeholders, ensuring timely and qualitative communication, facilitating workshops and client sessions. Managing client relationships and proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities
Track and analyze industry and technology developments to uncover trends and insights that can influence the business
Contribute to the positioning and branding of the business unit by utilizing appropriate strategies and engaging with relevant internal and external stakeholders.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:-
MBA (Strategy, Marketing, Operations specialization would be a plus) with engineering background is preferred
2 - 4 years relevant experience in Business Operations, Business Development, R&D;, Services in Automotive or related domain
Robust written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of presenting to senior
