As we scale our presence among enterprise decision-makers globally, we are seeking an exceptional Marketing Lead to drive positioning, account-based marketing, thought leadership, and demand generation initiatives that strengthen Divami's market influence and business growth.

This is a B2B enterprise revenue marketer who thinks like a strategist, executes like an operator, and understands that their only job is to make sure the right decision-makers know Divami — before a salesperson calls.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Positioning consistency — every external communication must carry Divami's voice. You are the guardian of 'Experience-Led Decision Intelligence'. No drift. No generic AI-company language.
The target account list — build and maintain 50 enterprise accounts across six verticals:



manufacturing, banking, technology, insurance, supply chain, aerospace. Know who at each account is the right entry point.
The content engine — brief and shape a weekly cadence that turns Divami's thinking into ideas that CPOs and CTOs screenshot and share. You do not write in the founder's voice — you make sure it reaches the right people.
The case study program — three published human-first client stories per quarter. Not capability showcases. Stories where the hero is the client's human — their doubt before, their clarity after.
Demand generation — build the interactions that warm accounts before a salesperson calls. Conference selection, LinkedIn sequences, referral program activation. Your metric is warmth, not leads.
Weekly reporting to the founder — one page, five numbers. What went out, who engaged, which accounts moved, what is next.
