About Position

We are seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer (AI/MLOps Expertise) with strong experience in developing, deploying, and operating scalable AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building machine learning models, NLP and Generative AI solutions, RAG pipelines, AI agents, and production-grade AI platforms. The role requires expertise in Python, PyTorch, data engineering, model deployment, MLOps practices, and distributed AI systems to deliver intelligent, scalable, and business-driven solutions.

What You'll Do:

Design, develop, deploy, and optimize AI/ML solutions for enterprise-scale applications.
Build machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and Generative AI models to solve complex business challenges.
Develop and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and AI Agent-based solutions.
Create scalable data pipelines and workflows to support model training, inference, and monitoring.
Deploy ML models using batch, streaming,



and real-time serving architectures.
Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, and automation platforms such as UiPath.
Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, business stakeholders, and product teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.
Implement MLOps best practices for model versioning, deployment, monitoring, governance, and lifecycle management.
Optimize model performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency in production environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across AI models, data pipelines, and deployment platforms.
Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design sessions.
Stay updated on emerging AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, and machine learning technologies.

Expertise You'll Bring:

5 to 8 years of relevant experience in AI/ML Engineering, MLOps, Data Engineering, or a similar role.
