Preparation of site quality management plan and field quality plan
Participation in daily TBTs and briefing on quality measures at site
Establish usage of checklists in material management and in construction phase
Quality Assurance
Proper inspection and audit of all contractor activities and equipment testing
Ensure proper SOPs in place and construction work adherence with respect to GFCs
Ensure quality check of all materials received at site as per the approved drawings
Ensure proper testing and pre-commissioning of electrical equipment and coordination with vendors on scheduling the testing
Inspection and Audits
Contractor wise time bound inspections and regular audits at site
Ensure the desired pre activity tests (e.g., cube tests) are done prior to work initiation
Reporting and MIS
Weekly reporting of Quality KPIs
Reporting of valuable practices and improvement areas
