We're looking for a creative, relationship-driven Influencer Marketing Executive to help build one of India's most exciting fashion brands through creator-led storytelling. You'll be responsible for identifying the right creators, managing campaigns, running our in-house influencer program and building meaningful partnerships that drive awareness, engagement, and sales. If you live and breathe social media, know what's trending before everyone else, and can spot the next big creator before they blow up, we'd love to meet you.

Is this you?
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
● 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or social media marketing.
● Passionate about fashion, content, and internet culture.
● Solid understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and emerging creator platforms.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
● Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
● Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.

What you'll do:
Influencer Discovery & Outreach
● Identify and onboard creators across categories that align with our brand and campaign objectives.
● Build a strong network of influencers across nano, micro, macro, and celebrity segments.
Campaign Management
● Execute end-to-end influencer campaigns—from outreach and negotiation to briefing, content approvals, posting, and reporting.
● Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
Relationship Management
● Build long-term relationships with creators, talent managers, and influencer agencies.
● Create a strong community of brand advocates and repeat collaborators.
Content Coordination
● Work closely with creators to develop authentic, engaging content that aligns with our brand voice.
● Review content to ensure quality, messaging, and campaign object
