Role Description The Project Planning Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, coordinating with project managers and site teams, and updating progress reports to ensure timely completion of deliverables. The role involves analyzing project data, identifying risks and delays, preparing mitigation plans, and supporting resource planning and allocation.

Engineer will also assist in preparing status presentations,
maintaining documentation, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards across all project phases.
Qualifications
Strong project planning and scheduling abilities, including experience with tools such as Primavera.
Capability to analyze project data, monitor progress, and prepare accurate reports and documentation.
Effective communication and collaboration skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Solid understanding of engineering principles and construction or infrastructure project workflows.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field; relevant certifications in project management or planning are an advantage.
Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in project planning or project management roles, preferably within similar industry domains.
