Team at Back office required to Ensure all compliances as necessary for the execution are being done and as promised to the partner is being monitored. Also the responsibility matrix between the partners and creating the MIS for the same , highlighting the timelines or the gaps or the exceptions which need to be escalated to the Top management .

a) Compliance Audit & Monitoring: Track compliance against statutory conditions, local building regulations, environmental standards, and internal corporate governance mandates. Track JDA covenant adherence to prevent contract defaults b) Responsibility Matrix: Design and maintain organizational Responsibility Assignment Matrices (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) across all cross-functional workflows.

c) Management Information Systems (MIS):



Develop and run real-time dashboards to track:

a. Planned vs. Actual Timelines: Milestone variance and critical path delays.

b. Financial & Budgetary Gaps: Cost overruns, cash flow shortfalls, and equity contribution delays.

c. Exception Reporting & Escalation Protocols: Automated escalation mechanisms triggering immediate CEO/Board review when key project parameters breach tolerance thresholds.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
