Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, supervise, and monitor day-to-day site execution activities.

- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors to ensure smooth project execution.

- Review construction drawings and specifications, ensuring work is executed as per approved drawings and quality standards.

- Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones.

- Manage site manpower, subcontractors, and material resources efficiently.

- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory regulations.

- Identify site issues proactively and implement effective corrective measures.

- Verify contractor bills, measurements, and work progress.

- Coordinate procurement requirements and ensure timely availability of materials.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management.





- Ensure proper documentation, including site records, inspection reports, and work permits.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

- 8-12 years of experience in site execution of commercial, retail, showroom, or high-rise building projects.

- Solid knowledge of construction methodologies, quality standards, and safety practices.

- Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office.

- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple contractors and deliver projects within stipulated timelines.
