The role requires robust coordination with clients, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, procurement teams, designers, and site engineers to ensure successful project delivery. Key ResponsibilitiesProject PlanningPrepare project execution plan before commencement.

Develop project schedules and milestone plans. Allocate manpower, materials, machinery, and subcontractors. Identify project risks and mitigation plans. Site ExecutionManage multiple projects simultaneously.

Ensure execution according to approved drawings and specifications. Monitor daily site progress. Coordinate civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire fighting, false ceiling, flooring, painting, carpentry, glazing, and finishing works.

Resolve technical and execution issues promptly.

Client
