We're looking for a Project Manager (2–8 years of experience) with hands-on experience in residential modular interior fit-out execution. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy managing projects from site handover to final client satisfaction in a fast-paced workplace.
Key Responsibilities
1. Execute residential modular interior projects from start to completion.
2. Review work orders, drawings, and installation schedules.
3. Coordinate site measurements, installation teams, subcontractors, and material dispatch.
4. Monitor site progress, quality, timelines,
and client communication.
5. Ensure smooth project handover, payment collection, and client satisfaction.
Requirements
1. 2–8 years of experience in residential modular interior fit-out/project execution.
2. Experience in modular kitchens, wardrobes, and customized home interiors is mandatory.
3. Strong leadership, client handling, communication, and site coordination skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting quality and delivery timelines.
5. Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Only candidates with hands-on residential modular interior execution experience will be considered.
