Experience Requirement

- 15+ years of SAP experience, beginning as SAP SD ECC functional consultant and progressing into S/4HANA AMS & transformation projects.

- 6+ years of proven project management/program management experience, leading end-to-end SAP delivery.

- Strong background in SAP SD functional processes (Order-to-Cash, Pricing, Billing, Credit Management).

- Hands-on exposure to implementation, rollout, and AMS support models.

Key Responsibilities

- Program Leadership: Manage large-scale SAP transformation programs, ensuring delivery across multiple streams (SD, AMS, Rollouts).

- SAP SD Functional Oversight: Provide deep domain expertise in SD, guiding solution design and integration with MM, FI, PP.

- Implementation & Rollout: Lead blueprinting, configuration, testing, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization for global deployments.

- AMS Governance: Oversee AMS operations, SLA adherence, incident management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Stakeholder Management:



Engage with business leaders, IT teams, and vendors to align solutions with organizational goals.

- Risk & Compliance: Identify risks, establish mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with governance frameworks.

- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and delivery excellence.

- Transformation Projects: Drive digital transformation initiatives leveraging S/4HANA simplifications and automation.

Desired Skills

- Strong knowledge of SAP SD configuration & S/4HANA simplifications.

- Experience in multi-country rollout projects and localization.

- Expertise in AMS delivery models and ticket management tools.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.

- PMP/Prince2/Protected certification (preferred).
