Through its specialized Implementation Rescue service, Jobin & Jismi provides expert intervention to resolve complex ERP challenges and ensure successful, tailored NetSuite deployments.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager (PMP) role based in Chalakkudy.

The Project

Manager will oversee end-to-end ERP and eCommerce implementation projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Daily responsibilities include planning project scopes, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resources, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and clients. The role involves tracking project progress, identifying risks and roadblocks, implementing corrective actions, and supporting Implementation Rescue engagements when needed.

The Project

Manager will also prepare status reports, facilitate meetings,



and drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, and stakeholder communication.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to accelerate critical project activities and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate resources, schedules, and dependencies across multiple teams and locations.
- Candidates should possess Inspection skills to verify deliverables, conduct quality checks, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly preferred.
- Experience managing ERP or cloud solution implementation projects, ideally with Oracle NetSuite or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management abilities, with a focus on resolving complex project challenges.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse, global team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
