We’re Hiring: Social Media Manager

About the Role

Oxford Golf Resort is looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to build our digital presence across hospitality, golf, luxury experiences, events, dining, and golf academy programs.

This is more than posting on Instagram. We are looking for someone who understands storytelling, content strategy, audience growth, and performance marketing to position Oxford Golf Resort as one of India’s leading golf and lifestyle destinations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars aligned with business goals.
- Capture and create high-quality photo and video content, including reels, short-form videos, behind-the-scenes, events, tournaments, golf lessons, resort experiences, restaurants, weddings, and corporate events.
- Write engaging captions and optimize content for reach and engagement.
- Monitor trends and identify opportunities to create viral and relevant content.
- Work closely with the marketing, hospitality, golf academy, and events teams.
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and reviews professionally.
- Track analytics, prepare monthly performance reports,



and continuously optimize content strategy.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, influencers, and creative agencies when required.
- Assist in planning influencer collaborations and digital campaigns.

Requirements

- 2 to 5 years of experience managing social media for hospitality, luxury, sports, travel, lifestyle, or premium brands.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube algorithms.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar editing tools.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite and social media analytics.
- Photography and videography skills are a solid advantage.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects.
- Passion for luxury hospitality, golf, sports, or lifestyle branding is preferred.
