Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Navi Mumbai.

The Project

Manager will oversee end-to-end execution of defence and space technology projects, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and quality control.

Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, testing, supply chain), tracking project milestones and budgets, and preparing regular status reports for internal stakeholders and clients. The role involves collaborating with customers and partners to define requirements, manage changes,



and ensure timely delivery of products and systems in accordance with industry standards and regulatory guidelines.

The Project

Manager will also drive process improvements, support documentation and compliance activities, and contribute to continuous enhancement of project delivery practices.

Qualifications

- Solid project management skills, including project planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in engineering, manufacturing, testing, and supply chain environments.
- Knowledge of defence, aerospace, or heavy engineering domains, with familiarity in hardware or systems-based projects.
- Ability to manage budgets, track deliverables, and handle multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.
- Proficiency with project management tools and productivity software (e.g., MS Project, Excel, collaboration platforms).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong documentation and reporting abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification or PMP/PRINCE2 certification is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a manufacturing or engineering environment and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Experience in working with government, defence, or regulated industry projects is highly beneficial.
