Role & responsibilities The Project Manager will lead end-to-end implementation or migration projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery. Key responsibilities include project governance, risk mitigation, stakeholder management, and technical oversight of Data Integration (DI) and Cloud configurations.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Delivery: Successfully manage at least 2 full-cycle Fusion projects (covering HCM, SCM, and Finance).
- Planning & Control: Develop detailed project schedules, manage resource allocation, and maintain strict budget control.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Post-Implementation: Oversee the Hyper-care support phase to ensure a smooth transition.
- Quality Assurance:
Maintain high standards of delivery through consistent quality checks and audits.
- Experience: 10 - 15 years in IT ERP, with Project manager minimum of 35 years specifically in Oracle Fusion.
- Domain Knowledge: Robust functional understanding of Oracle Fusion modules.
- Methodologies: Proficient in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies and tools.
- Certification: PMP certification is preferred (not mandatory).
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Science, or Engineering (IT/Systems/Computer Science).
