Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, coordinate, and monitor interior and civil projects from start to finish.

- Manage contractors, subcontractors, and site workforce effectively.

- Negotiate rates, contracts, and work schedules with vendors and suppliers.

- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

- Conduct site inspections, resolve issues, and escalate where necessary.

- Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and documentation for management/client review.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Solid leadership and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and Advanced Excel (dashboards, cost tracking).

- Knowledge of AutoCAD and ability to interpret drawings.

- Experience in managing interior/civil projects and contractor coordination.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational abilities.
