? About the Role

We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team remotely and help us deliver exceptional results for our clients. This role is perfect for someone who's either just starting their PM journey or has up to 2 years of experience , and is genuinely passionate about managing IT projects from the ground up.

? What You'll Do

- ? Interact directly with clients to understand their goals, needs, and challenges
- ? Translate client requirements into transparent, practical technical tasks
- ? Prepare accurate development estimations
- ? Create and assign tasks for Frontend (FE) and Backend (BE) developers
- ?‍? Collaborate closely with the technical team — Developers and QAs — to keep projects on track
- ? Analyze completed tasks to ensure they've been developed as per requirements, and identify gaps
- ?️ Use and manage project management tools like JIRA to track progress, sprints, and backlogs




- ? Predict and manage realistic release timelines
- ☎️ Schedule and lead regular client calls and status updates
- ? Ensure smooth communication between clients and the development team throughout the project lifecycle

✅ What We're Looking For
- ? Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT Project Management or a related field
- ? 0–2 years of experience (freshers with strong interest are encouraged to apply!)
- ? Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- ? A genuine interest in understanding client requirements and solving problems
- ⚙️ Basic understanding of software development processes (FE/BE workflows)
- ? Ability to analyze deliverables against requirements and spot gaps or inconsistencies
- ?️ Familiarity with JIRA or similar project management tools (preferred, not mandatory)
- ? Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage timelines effectively
- ? Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setup
- ? A proactive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in project management
