RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct team meeting on a regular basis and have a training session of projects on a day to day basis. Thorough follow up of daily calls made by team members. Project presentation to the client in their place of interest .
Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned land development projects. Prepare and implement sales plans. Monitor sales performance and support the sales team in achieving monthly targets. Conduct regular site visits Coordinate customer site visits and resolve project-related queries.
Track project progress, sales status, and customer feedback, and submit regular reports to management. Identify operational issues and implement timely corrective actions.
