We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Luxury Hospitality for our upcoming Mantis by Accor project at Nagarhole, Karnataka.

We are seeking someone who brings more than project execution — someone with an exceptional eye for luxury, premium finishes, detailing, design intent and workmanship.

The Ideal Candidate

- Strong experience in luxury hotels, resorts or premium hospitality projects
- Exceptional eye for interiors, finishes, materials and detailing
- Ability to identify and correct even the smallest quality and finishing issues
- Experience coordinating architects, interior designers, MEP consultants, contractors and specialist vendors
- Solid understanding of guestrooms, bathrooms, public areas, F&B; spaces, landscaping and FF&E;
- Hands-on experience with mock-up rooms, quality control, snagging and final handover
- Ability to balance design intent, quality, timelines and project costs

Candidates who have successfully delivered luxury resorts,



five-star hotels, boutique resorts or internationally branded hospitality projects will be preferred.
